• Construction of Western blots:

• Harvesting fresh tissues/cultured cells provided.

• Homogenization of tissues/cells in protein lysis buffer supplemented with a cocktail of 7 mammalian protease inhibitors.

• Quantitation of  total protein 

• Testing the purity and integrity of protein by gel electrophoresis.

• Fractionation of protein (75 microgram) through large SDS-denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.

• Transfer protein onto PVDF membranes.

• Shipping blots at room temperature in sealed bags

• Western Blot Analysis:

• Immunostaining blots with antibodies provided  using ultrasensative chemiluminescent ECL detection
